Problem first, code second
Technology choice comes after the requirement. Code written before the business process is understood solves the wrong problem, however clean it looks, and gets rewritten soon after.
MultiTech is a software engineering company based in Baku. We take a product from the first requirements workshop to a released application on mobile, web and desktop — and stay responsible for it afterwards.
Where an off-the-shelf product does not fit, we build the alternative: understand the requirement, keep the architecture simple, hand over source code and documentation. The aim is a system the client can keep running and extending, not a dependency on us.
We believe local teams can build products that compete well beyond the region. That is why we hold our engineering practice — code review, test automation, documentation — to international norms on every project, whatever the size of the client.
Technology choice comes after the requirement. Code written before the business process is understood solves the wrong problem, however clean it looks, and gets rewritten soon after.
Code review, automated tests and a pre-release checklist apply on every project. Testing is part of daily work, not a phase squeezed in once the deadline is already close.
Role-based access, encrypted secrets, dependency scanning and audit trails are part of the architecture, not a layer bolted on after the first security review.
A working demo at the end of each sprint, an open task board and honest estimates. Raising a problem early always costs less than discovering it at handover.
The badges below describe practices we apply day to day. They are not certificates: our processes are aligned to the principles of recognised standards and open to client review.
Suited to work whose requirements are clear and stable. Scope, price and delivery date are agreed up front, and any change goes through a written amendment. You know the budget exactly, and the delivery risk stays on our side.
For products that take shape as they are built. You pay for the hours actually spent and re-set priorities each sprint. A monthly hours report and a working demo keep it clear what the budget went on.
A team assigned to one product for the long run: engineers, a designer and a QA specialist working only on your roadmap. You approve who is on the team, and the team adopts your process and tooling.
You already have a team but are short of a specific skill or an extra pair of hands. Our engineer works inside your team, under your management, on a monthly arrangement you can extend or end.
Support for a system that is already live: monitoring, security updates, defect fixing and small improvements. Response and resolution times are written into the contract, and the work done is reported once a month.
